• Our technicians will not move large or heavy furniture as part of the cleaning service.
• If you’d like cleaning underneath or behind furniture, please relocate those items before we arrive.
• Each appointment typically includes a single technician, so we are unable to shift furniture during your service.

Cleaning Outcome & Stain Limitations

• We use industry-approved methods and certified cleaning agents, but results depend on carpet condition, past treatments, and soil level.
• Stains that were previously treated with harsh chemicals, waxes, or sealants may not fully be removed, and color inconsistencies can remain.
• Grout, backing, or padding issues not visible before service may reveal themselves during cleaning, potentially altering material or texture.
• Our team cannot guarantee complete stain removal or uniform restoration in all cases.

Wicking & Re-Emergence of Stains
After cleaning, you may notice some stains reappear—a phenomenon called wicking. This happens when embedded soils in the backing, pad, or beneath the carpet fibers migrate upward as drying occurs. Wicking is unpredictable and not a reflection of poor workmanship.

Moisture & Drying Considerations

• Scottsdale’s climate, humidity, and airflow can affect drying time—typical dry times range from 8-12 hours, depending on environment and carpet thickness.
• Running air conditioning, fans, or dehumidifiers aids in faster drying.
• Please avoid walking on damp carpet, and keep pets and children off until fully dry.
• We supply shoe covers so you can traverse wet areas without damaging fibers.

Pricing, Measurement & On-Site Adjustments

• Final pricing is based on actual square footage measured on-site; estimates provided beforehand may adjust.
• Scope of work or access issues discovered upon arrival can lead to adjustments in time, materials, or pricing.
