Office Manager
As the Office Manager at Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning since 2013, I’ve proudly played a key role in ensuring the daily operations of our company run smoothly and efficiently. Born and raised in Phoenix, I’m an Arizona native with deep roots in the community we serve. I earned my IICRC Certification in January 2014, which has given me a strong foundation in carpet cleaning industry standards—even though I don’t work in the field, having this technical knowledge helps me confidently guide our customers and support our technicians.
I’m passionate about providing outstanding customer service and enjoy building genuine relationships with our clients. I take pride in being part of a team that values quality workmanship, integrity, and professionalism.
Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mom of three energetic boys. In my free time, you’ll find me enjoying family adventures, crafting, cooking, gardening, camping, and soaking up Arizona’s beautiful outdoors.
Brandon
Carpet Repair & Cleaning Tech
I’m Brandon, the Lead Carpet Repair and Cleaning Technician here at Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning. I’ve been in the carpet cleaning and repair industry since 2008 and proudly joined the team in March 2017. With over 17 years of hands-on experience, I bring a high level of skill, precision, and professionalism to every job I take on.
Born and raised in Peoria, Arizona, I’m deeply connected to our local community and passionate about helping customers restore and extend the life of their carpets. What I love most about this work is the opportunity to meet new people every day and take on new challenges. I approach each project with care, integrity, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, because seeing the results and a happy customer at the end of the day is what drives me.
Outside of work, I’m a proud father of three amazing daughters. Family is everything to me. We enjoy camping, barbecuing, swimming, trying new restaurants, and exploring all that Arizona has to offer. I’m also a huge sports fan—go AZ Cardinals and Phx Suns!
Eric
Carpet Repair & Cleaning Technician
Eric is a seasoned Carpet Repair & Cleaning Technician with nearly 30 years of experience in the floor care industry. Proudly of Navajo, Hopi, and Tohono O’odham heritage, he was born in Tuba City and has called Arizona home for 47 years. He began his career in 1995 and has since earned certifications in natural stone and tile cleaning (2008) and water restoration (WRT, 2025).
With a deep knowledge of his craft and unmatched attention to detail, Eric ensures every floor he touches is restored with care. He enjoys the freedom of having an “office on wheels” and values the opportunity to meet new people while helping them bring comfort and cleanliness back to their homes.
Outside of work, Eric loves spending time with his grandchildren, listening to music, watching movies, and tending to his garden. His combination of expertise, dedication, and genuine care makes him more than just a technician—he’s someone who takes pride in his work and the people he serves.
Koda
Team Mascot
Hey there! I’m Koda, the Blue Nose Pitbull and proud Mascot of Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning. I may not be out there fixing carpets, but I take my job of boosting team morale very seriously! Whether it’s greeting the crew, making everyone smile, or taking well-earned naps, I’m always hard at work.
My days are packed with important activities that keep the team running smoothly:
Playing with toys – Nothing beats a good game of tug-of-war or chasing after my favorite squeaky toy. Gotta stay active!
Eating plants – I know, I know… I’m not supposed to, but they’re just so tempting!
Getting lots of pets – If you have hands, I expect them to be giving me belly rubs. It’s in my contract.
Taking long naps – After all that playing and getting attention, I need my beauty rest. Supervising is hard work!
