Colored stains are pretty tricky, most of the time if the stain is any color in the rainbow it will be difficult to get out of the carpet an we suggest for a carpet patch but this work in the picture to the left was a dirt stain, someone along the line split something then cleaned it up, but from people walking over it dirt began to stick to it, which making the stain even worse. So first we start off with a pre vacuuming of each area with a commercial grade vacuum,then we will pre condition all the heavy traffic areas and use any spot treatment you need is already included. We use a truck mounted, hot water steam extraction cleaner with a neutral rinse to provide a zero residue finish. We can also use a dry pass vacuum that removes excess moisture to give you a faster drying time of 6-8 hours.
